Since 1974, ARX has worked hand-in-hand with utilities and public sector organizations to create and develop an array of software solutions. These have included Utility Billing, Collections, Financials, Human Resources, Public Works, Community Development and eTools (IVR and Electronic Payment). Each application can run in a stand-alone environment, or integrate with other ARX applications to create a total client solution.

Personal customer service has always been our top priority. Significant changes are being made in support of this goal including the addition of 24/7 customer service support, new browser-based online help, email and chat support, and online access to user guides for all our products and services. Training will be available through webinars, on-site training at the customer’s site, or classroom style training at our new office facility.
